An Apology Cake

My colleagues and I usually order some bread, cake and other treats from a German bakery in Ho Chi Minh City. We’re normally really satisified with their products but a couple of weeks ago some people were not quite happy with their order. So we complained, and look what we got in return:

I’ve never had a cake with my full name written on it before or a cake as an apology. It was yummy!

For all the carnivores among you: Mongolian goat about to be cooked with hot stones in milk plus a meal in China’s Fuzhou, Fujian-province. Seafood for three people.

Fancy a snack of deep-fried spider in Cambodia? Or do you feel like a god / spirit / supreme (evil) being in Vietnam?

I’ll stick with these. Plus durian!
